About This Project
Damaged in the 2011 Christchurch Earthquake this Heritage project has just been completed. Originally built in the 1880’s, this house has been reframed, a new roof added and new exterior cladding, while ensuring that all original features are kept to retain its character, and securing it for the next 100 years.
